The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, offering spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. While the building housing the rooms was charming, an issue with a roof leak affected availability. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. The location, directly on Silveira Street, was fantastic for exploring Porto's main sights and enjoying the nearby shops and cafes. Dining was enjoyable but could have offered more variety. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and well-appointed, offering a fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. However, the noise from Rua das Flores could be a bit bothersome after a long drive. The service provided, including the resident manager's attention to detail, was exceptional, surprising us with a personal touch. The location is perfect for exploring, being centrally located with easy access to the shopping district and the waterfront. The dining experience, especially the pre-0730 meal, was delightful with delicious offerings and a fantastic view. Facilities were modern and convenient, enhancing our stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by my short stay at this hotel. The location was superb, right in the heart of Porto, and the staff were incredibly helpful. However, there was a minor inconvenience with a leak in the room that prevented us from enjoying the fantastic view. Despite this, it was a lovely experience overall.
The hotel was situated in a separate building a street away from the main property, offering a fantastic view. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with a cooker, fridge, and dishwasher.
